MOMENTS: A Collaboration of Idea Exchange, UK-MYANMAR Contemporary Art Workshop, 2022
UK-Myanmar collaboration project as a new program between Myanmar and the UK, supported by the British Council’s Connection through Culture program, we aim to learn about the current art scene of both sides and to give the great opportunities to Myanmar young artists. We will learn from the UK’s most prominent artists and their projects through the lectures of Grace Adam, UK lecturer and collaborator of this project. We hope to exchange ideas to create a better relationship and great opportunities in future. Especially we focus on: • The communication of ideas that inform and drive artistic thinking and practice, using a careful and relevant selection of artists who use challenging and engaging materials, techniques and concepts to drive their output.
